Staff roles and permissions

Invite your team and control exactly what each person can see, from Dashboard → Settings → Team. Only the owner can manage the team and billing.

Roles

  • Owner — full access to everything, including team and billing.
  • Admin — all sections by default.
  • Staff — all sections by default.
  • Scanner — only the Stamp screen; lands there directly at login.

Permission sections

  • Scan — the in-store stamp & redeem screen.
  • Customers — customer list, profiles and live activity.
  • Card — the loyalty card studio and QR poster.
  • Marketing — automations, campaigns, reviews and referrals.
  • Analytics — reports, cohorts and AI insights.
  • Settings — business profile and configuration.

For Admin and Staff you can override the defaults with an explicit list of sections — e.g. give a marketer only Marketing and Analytics. Billing and team management always stay owner-only.

  1. Settings → Team → invite by email.
  2. Choose a role.
  3. Tick the sections they need.
  4. Optionally assign them to a location.
  5. They appear under members; pending invites are listed until accepted.

A counter-only employee should be a Scanner — they'll only ever see the Stamp screen.
