Get your loyalty program live in 15 minutes
The fastest path from signup to your first customer scan.
Fidz is designed so a non-technical shop owner can be operational in a single 15-minute sitting. Here's the exact path.
Step 1 — Design your loyalty card
Head to Dashboard → Card → Design. Pick a card structure (Classic, Photo strip, Photo band, Compact or Membership), choose a pre-matched theme or set your own brand colour, upload your logo, and pick the stamp your customers will collect — an emoji (☕, 🥐), an icon from the built-in stamp library, or your own uploaded image.
Use the live preview to make sure it looks right, then click Save.
Step 2 — Print your QR poster
Dashboard → Card → QR poster. Click "Download A4 poster (PDF)". Print on regular A4 paper. Laminate if you're worried about spills.
Stick it at the counter, somewhere visible while customers pay.
Step 3 — Test it yourself
Scan the QR with your own phone. Enter your number. Add the card to Apple or Google Wallet. You're now your own first customer — useful for live demos to new staff.
