An example rule : 10 crêpes = 1 free

A gentle nudge for the weekend regulars.

Ready in three steps

  1. You pick this model and put it in your colours.
  2. Your customers scan the QR code: the card lands in their Wallet.
  3. One visit, one stamp. At the reward, the screen lights up.

Maëlle gets her Saturday crêpe at Crêperie Armor: the 10th is free.

Photo stamps for your crêperie, or your own picture.

A digital loyalty card for a crêperie is a stamp card in the customer’s Apple Wallet or Google Wallet. One scan with a phone at the bill adds a stamp for the crêpe, and the tenth one is free.

At a crêperie the bill arrives after the cider, when people are relaxed and nobody wants to hunt for a card. Families come on Saturdays, to the same table, for the same galette. The card remembers the visits so your waiter does not have to, and you can set it up in about 10 minutes.

Why a paper card falls short in this trade

The bill arrives, the card is in the other bag

With table service, the card has to be found at the end of a long meal, when coats are on and children are restless. The paper stamp is the first thing to be skipped.

Whose card is it at a family table?

Four people share a table and order four crêpes, but only one brought the card. Who gets the stamps? On paper, it turns into a small argument at the end of a good meal.

Weekend regulars slip away unnoticed

A family that came every Saturday through the winter and then stopped leaves nothing behind on a card in a drawer. You only see it when the dining room is quieter than last year.

Waiters stamp twice, or not at all

At the busiest hour, a waiter who is also clearing tables will miss a stamp or add two. Paper cannot tell who stamped what, so a dispute stays a dispute.

At the counter, in practice

Put the A4 poster by the till, next to the card machine, where people stand while the bill is settled. The customer scans the code with their phone camera, types a first name and a number once, and adds the card in two taps. The waiter scans the card from the customer’s screen, with any phone, before or after payment. The stamp lands, the screen lights up, and the family is out of the door with their coats. Nothing connects to the till.

Reward and win-back ideas

Ten crêpes, the tenth free

A galette is a meal and a sweet crêpe is a treat. Decide whether both earn a stamp or only the sweet ones, and keep the rule short enough to say across the table.

A gentle nudge for the weekend regulars

When a Saturday family has not been for a while, an automatic message can remind them the griddle is warm. This win-back automation is part of the Growth plan, at €39 a month.

A message before Shrove Tuesday

Pancake season is your busiest. A broadcast the week before tells your regulars you are ready. Broadcasts come with the Growth plan at €39 a month, with 10 campaigns a month.

A crêpe on the customer’s birthday

A free crêpe on the birthday gives the customer a reason to bring the family along, and a reason to remember you. The birthday automation is included in the Growth plan.

Ask for a review at the reward

Visitors choose where to eat from the reviews. A regular collecting a free crêpe is in the right mood to leave one. The Google review request is a Growth plan automation.

Questions shop owners ask

Each customer has their own card on their own phone, so the stamp goes to whoever shows theirs. Your team decides the rule, such as one stamp per person, and the cap on stamps per scan protects it. A table can also choose to show one phone.

The gesture is always the same: open the scanner, point at the card. It takes a few minutes to show someone. Roles let new staff add stamps without touching settings, and the history shows who did what, so a mistake can be traced.

No. Fidz never connects to your till or to payments. The stamp is added by a scan, so cash and card work the same. The flip side is that it does not read the bill, so your team decides what earns a stamp.

Partly. With Growth at €39 a month, you can send up to 10 messages a month to your regulars, for example on a rainy Tuesday. It brings back people who already know you. It will not create customers who have never heard of you.

Your regulars deserve better than a lost card.
