Customers → Live activity shows what happens at your counter as it happens: stamps, points, rewards, adjustments, cancellations and new cards.

Each entry shows the customer's name, what was added and when, with "by Sarah" when the entry is attributed to a team member. At the top, three figures: today, this week and your best day over the last five weeks.

You can search by customer name, filter by type, or jump to a date to look back at a past day. The "Showcase screen" button opens the version to display on a TV at the counter.

Handy on a back-office screen during busy periods, or to show new staff that stamping works.
