Customise your loyalty card design

Open My card → Design. A guided assistant walks you through six steps: Model, Name & logo, Colours and background, Your stamp, Reward, and Publish. To adjust every detail yourself, switch to Advanced mode and tap the part of the card you want to edit; "Back to the guided assistant" takes you back to the step-by-step.

Model

Start from a model made for your trade (cafés, restaurants, beauty, shops and more). A model sets the colours, the stamp and the card style in one go. Your name, logo, reward and stamp count are kept, and you can undo right after.

Name and logo

Your name shows on the card and on your customers' lock screens. Import your logo (PNG, JPG or WebP), create one from your name, or keep the model's while you decide. Choose between a round icon and a big logo (a wide wordmark), and crop it to the exact frame Apple and Google give it.

Card language

A selector at the top of the studio sets the language your customers read (see the article "Choose your card language").

Colours and background

Pick a palette for your trade or your own three colours (background, text, accent): Fidz flags text that is hard to read and fixes it in one click. Behind the stamps, put a colour, a texture, a trade ambiance or your own photo (JPG, PNG or WebP, up to 4 MB), with adjustable blur, brightness, transparency and colour veil. On a photo, round stamps stay more readable. In Advanced mode you can also generate designs from your logo's colours or from your background photo.

Stamp

Pick an object (3D or realistic photo, searchable by trade), a "Your brand" stamp (a cup, a bag, a box or a label that carries your name or your logo), or your own image (round, square or free). Set how the not-yet-earned stamp looks: grey, darkened, transparent or outline only. In Advanced mode: drawn icons, the colours of the stamp, the empty stamp and its border, and how progress looks (stamps, overlap, bar or ring).

Reward

Set the number of stamps to collect and the reward name. On a points card, set the earn rate and the points needed. More rewards and the rules for your team are in My card → Rewards and rules.

Front and back of the card

In Advanced mode, the Info panel sets the short lines on the front and the contact details and hours on the back. The eye icon hides a row. Hours and contact details can also be filled in under Business → My business.

My designs

Save your card as a design: in step 6 of the assistant (“Save as a design”), or under “My designs” in Advanced mode. Your saved designs then show up in step 1, above the Fidz models: one click applies one to every step, and “Undo” takes it back (a summer look, a Christmas look). The Solo plan keeps 1 design, which you can replace with another card; Growth and Multi-site keep up to 12.

Test, then publish

• "Test on my phone" adds a real card to your own Wallet. Nothing is published to your customers.
• Your edits are saved as a draft ("Draft · not published yet"). Customers, new sign-ups and the public page keep showing the published design until you press Publish. "Abandon draft" takes you back to the published design.
• The "Schedule" button publishes the draft at a date and time you choose (your shop's time, at least 5 minutes ahead). A new card type or a different reward cannot be scheduled: they need your confirmation when you publish.
• Changing the stamp count, the reward or the card type asks you to confirm, and to decide whether existing cards keep their current deal.
