Customise your loyalty card design

Go to Dashboard → Card → Design. The card studio gives you a live preview and a lot of control. The main things you'll set:

Card structure

Classic (stamps on a flat card), Photo strip (photo behind the stamps), Photo band (stamps over a full hero photo), Compact (big scan-first card) or Membership (points & tier, no stamps).

Theme & colours

Choose one of 30 pre-matched themes (each with a brand colour + accent already checked for contrast) or set your own brand colour and accent.

Logo

Upload your logo (a square image works best). Fidz auto-extracts the dominant colour to harmonise the palette.

Background

Optionally upload a background image (max 4MB; JPEG, PNG or WebP). Stamp and reward-bar opacity and background panels are adjustable.

Stamps

Pick an emoji, an icon from the built-in stamp library (50+ across cafés, restaurants, bakeries, bars, beauty, fitness, florists, pets, books and fashion), or upload your own image. Set the stamp colour, shape (Circle, Squircle, Diamond) and gap (Tight, Normal, Loose, Wide).

Progress style

Stamps grid (classic punch-card), Overlap, Bar or Ring.

Texture

Solid, Gradient, Grain, Lines or Dots.

Fonts

Choose from 9 font pairs (Minimal, Modern, Editorial, Artisanal, Luxe, Friendly, Boutique, Bold, Retro).

Layout

Position the logo, stamps (1–2 rows, scale, opacity, gap) and reward label, choose the header logo side, and show or hide the points counter, member ID, customer name and remaining count.

Reward rules

Set whether progress is by visits or by points, points per visit (or points per dollar), the reward threshold and the reward label.
