What the Figures page tells you, in plain words.

Statistics → Figures shows whether your loyalty program is working and who to follow up.
What you will find
- Is it working? Customers who came back this month, new customers, and visits brought back by a Fidz message (a customer who returns within 7 days of a message). Enter your average spend per visit to see an estimate of the sales these visits represent.
- Who to follow up this week: customers who have not been back for a while, customers one or two stamps from a reward, and upcoming birthdays.
- What Fidz brought you: messages sent this month and the visits that followed, reviews requested, referrals and rewards given.
- When do your customers come? A map of the busiest days and hours over the last 90 days.
- Details (folded): retention after 30 days, share of cards completed, average time to fill a card, Apple versus Google cards, and your top 10 customers.
The Achievements tab next to Figures shows the badges your program has earned.
With several locations, pick one or several in the selector of the left-hand menu (on a phone, at the top of the screen) to see the figures for those sites only. Statistics are available to anyone allowed to see that section.
