Plans, pricing, and what's included

• Solo: for a single shop. Apple and Google Wallet cards, unlimited customers, stamps or points, stamp and reward notifications, retention analytics, 1 saved card design, up to 3 team members, the welcome gift.
• Growth: team and marketing (our advice to get started). Everything in Solo plus broadcasts (10 a month), automations and milestones, the referral program, customer segmentation, up to 12 saved card designs, gifts with a deadline offered from a customer page or attached to a broadcast, unlimited team members and priority support.
• Multi-site: for chains. Everything in Growth plus 2 locations included (each further location is billed on top, up to 10, then on quote), per-location reporting, proximity notifications, monthly ROI reports and 30 broadcasts a month.

All plans include unlimited Wallet cards and customers, with no per-customer or per-message fees.

Prices depend on your country, per month: A$29, A$59 and A$99 in Australia and New Zealand; €19, €39 and €59 in Europe, excluding VAT; US$22, $45 and $69 elsewhere. Pay yearly and you save 20% (in Europe €15, €31 and €47 a month excluding VAT). There is no setup fee. On Multi-site, each location beyond the 2 included adds €19 excluding VAT a month in Europe (A$32 in Australia and New Zealand, US$22 elsewhere); with the founder offer in France, €9.50 excluding VAT.

Prices in Australian dollars are GST-exclusive: 10% GST is added at payment for Australian businesses and itemised on your tax invoice. Outside Australia, no GST is charged. Euro prices are shown excluding VAT: VAT, where it applies, is added according to your situation and shown on your invoice.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial. A card is required to start; cancel before the trial ends (Business → Account and subscription) and you will not be charged. The dates are detailed in the article "Your 14-day free trial, day by day".

Founder offer: while it is open (the Pricing page says so, with the places left once 10 are taken), the first 50 shops established in France to subscribe get 50% off every plan for as long as their subscription stays active. It is reserved for shops established in France (the country chosen when you set up your account) and only applies to a first subscription. The free trial stays free; the discount applies from the first payment. If you cancel, the discount is gone for good.

To change plan: Business → Account and subscription → Change plan. The change is prorated, and free during the trial.
