Your 14-day free trial, day by day

What happens during the trial, when you are charged, and how to stop without paying.

Updated October 12, 2026 · 3 min

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial, with all the features of the plan you chose. You enter your bank card on the last screen of the setup assistant, on Stripe's secure page; nothing is charged that day.

The dates

  • Day 0: the trial starts. You receive the e-mail "Your Fidz trial has started": the plan, the trial end date, the date of the first charge and its amount excluding tax.
  • Day 11: three days before the first charge, a reminder e-mail repeats the date, the plan and the amount, and reminds you how to stop.
  • Day 14: the trial ends and the plan you chose starts, unless you cancelled. The first charge happens that day.
  • In between, you can change plan as often as you like, at no cost: your remaining trial days are kept.

Stopping without paying

Before the trial ends: Business → Account and subscription → Sensitive area → "Cancel plan". You are not charged, and your program stays active until the trial ends.

Founder offer

If you are among the first 50 shops to subscribe, the 50% discount is reserved during the trial and confirmed when your subscription starts: the first charge is already at the founder rate (for example €9.50 excluding VAT instead of €19 on Solo). It lasts for as long as the subscription stays active; if you cancel, it is gone for good.

If the trial never started

An account whose trial has not started (no card entered) stays open for a few days, with e-mails to remind you. After that, the program is paused and your data is kept for 30 days. Choose a plan and the 14-day trial starts at that moment.

All amounts exclude tax. VAT, where it applies, is added according to your situation and shown on your invoice.
