Billing, receipts and GST

Fidz is registered for GST (ABN 89 169 486 121). Prices are shown GST-exclusive; for Australian businesses, 10% GST is added at payment and itemised on every monthly tax invoice — claimable as an input tax credit if your business is GST-registered. Customers outside Australia aren't charged GST.

Access your receipts: Dashboard → Settings → Billing → Manage payment / invoices. This opens the Stripe Customer Portal where you can download every past payment receipt as a PDF.

Your accountant can be granted read-only access — contact hello@fidz.app and we'll set them up.
