Cancel your subscription

How to cancel and what happens to your customer data.

Updated October 23, 2026 · 3 min

  1. Open Business → Account and subscription (owner only).
  2. In the Sensitive area, choose "Cancel plan".
  3. Tell us why. If your plan is active (not during the trial), you may be offered one alternative, once in the life of the account: a 30-day pause with no billing, 50% off your next month, or a cheaper plan.
  4. Read what cancelling means, tick the box, type CANCEL and confirm. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for, then stops.

On the free trial? Cancel before the 14 days are up and you will not be charged. Changed your mind before the period ends? Pick a plan again on the same page.

What happens to my data?

When the plan ends, your dashboard locks and the program freezes: no new stamps or sign-ups, and your customers' Wallet cards stop updating. Your data is kept for 30 days, so you can come back by choosing a plan again. After that, the account and all its data are permanently deleted.

To take a copy with you, use Customers → Export before the plan ends. You own this data.

Refunds

30-day money-back guarantee, no conditions. The 30 days count from the start of the trial: with the 14 days of trial, that leaves 16 days after your first payment. During that time you can get one full refund from the same screen: the program then stops right away. After that, refunds are handled case by case under the Terms: email hello@fidz.app.

Deleting the account

"Delete my account", in the same Sensitive area, is different from cancelling: your customers, your cards and your data are permanently erased after a 60-day grace period. The account keeps working during that time, and you can cancel the deletion.
