Customer can't add the card to their wallet

The most common Wallet-related issue and the fix.

If a customer taps "Apple Wallet" or "Google Wallet" and nothing happens, here's the diagnosis:

Most common: outdated phone

Apple Wallet needs iOS 14+ (iPhone 6S or newer, released 2015). Google Wallet needs Android 7+ (most phones from 2016). If their phone is older, the card silently fails to add.

Fix: enrol manually

Dashboard → Customers → Add customer → fill in their number. Then track their visits from Dashboard → Card → Stamp a customer — look them up by phone number and add stamps with the +1 / +2 / +3 buttons. They still earn rewards, just without the Wallet card.

If the Wallet button shows "not configured yet"

That means Wallet passes aren't enabled on this Fidz instance yet — contact hello@fidz.app.

If multiple customers report this

Email hello@fidz.app with screenshots — we'll investigate. This is rare but we treat it as priority.
