The e-mails sent to your customers
Which e-mails go out in your name, to whom, and how a customer unsubscribes.

Fidz writes to your customers in your name. These e-mails carry your colours and your logo, come from "Your shop via Fidz", and replies reach your shop's e-mail address (Business → My business → E-mail). They are written in your card language.
Which e-mails go out
- The 6-digit code that confirms the address at sign-up and that brings a card back. It needs no marketing consent.
- Broadcasts sent by e-mail (Messages → Send, "E-mail" channel).
- Birthday and win-back e-mails, on top of the Wallet notification.
- Nothing else: Fidz sends no SMS, and the welcome, review and almost-there messages stay in the Wallet.
Who gets them
Only customers who have an e-mail address and who ticked the optional box "Email me offers and news from your shop" on the sign-up page. Typing an address is not consent. Customers imported from a file are treated as not having agreed.
Unsubscribing
- Every promotional e-mail has an unsubscribe link, and mail apps show their own one-click unsubscribe button: it takes effect at once, with no password.
- On the unsubscribe page, the customer chooses: stop promotional e-mails (they keep their card and stamps), or ask for their card and data to be deleted (an e-mail ready to send to your shop).
- A customer who changes their mind can subscribe again from the same page.
The e-mails Fidz sends to you (weekly report on Monday morning, monthly report, trial, billing) are separate. You switch the reports and tips off in Business → Account and subscription → E-mails ("Reports and tips by e-mail"). Billing and security e-mails always continue.
